For announcements made during church services,  emailed to the church  membership and sent to media outlets

ANNOUNCEMENT  SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Fill out the form below with your contact information and submit your announcement by WEDNESDAY for inclusion in announcements during Sunday services and  5 DAYS IN ADVANCE  for email distribution to FMBC members and 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE for submission to media outlets.

Tell us about your announcement. Remember to consider and include:

  1. Who – Who is the intended audience. (For example, the entire church?  Leaders?)

  2. What – What is your announcement?

  3. When – When is the event? (Include the date and the time.)

  4. Where – Where will the event be held? 

  5. Why – Why are we sending this?  (For example, to inform, educate, congratulate etc.)

  6. How - Include special instructions. (For example, purchase tickets at fmbcfred.org, or contact(NAME) and telephone number for more information.)
