Dr. Larry C. Campbell
Dr. Larry C. Campbell is from Shreveport Louisiana. He is the fifth child of William and Elnora Campbell and was converted and baptized in 1971 at the Willow Chute Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. Robert Terrell. In 1981, he united with the Lake Bethlehem Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Dr. Joseph E Martin. He was called into the Ministry in March of 1981. After accepting the call, he became an associate pastor at the Lake Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was licensed to preach the Gospel on May 31, 1981, and ordained in March 1987.

Dr. Campbell's educational pursuits continued at Bishop College in Dallas TX. He was a graduate of the class of '88 and earned a BA degree in Religion and Philosophy. He taught in the public school system in Louisiana and served within the ministry of Lake Bethlehem. He continued to expand his education, matriculating at Western International University, the Word of Life Seminary and Bible College, Capital Bible Seminary and the Virginia Union Samuel DeWitt Procter School of Theology, culminating his educational objectives with a MSIE, MDiv and DD.

In addition to being a minister, Dr. Campbell is a retired serviceman. He joined the United States military and served in Hawaii, Arizona, Germany, Virginia, Korea (twice), Maryland (twice), Texas, Oklahoma, and the Gulf wars in Kuwait and Iraq. After 20 years of service, he retired from the military.
While in serving in Maryland, and after much contemplation, he felt compelled to unite with the First Missionary Baptist Church (FMBC) in Frederick Maryland, where he now serves. At FMBC, he has assisted with teaching in FMBC’s Sunday school, its Wednesday noon day bible study and he has served as a mentor in the Kingsmen in the local church. Additionally, he conducted bible class with residents at the Genesis group home in Frederick.

Dr. Campbell is an avid preacher and teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Over the years, he has conducted bible studies and worked in multiple church functions throughout the country. He is a lifetime member of the Baptist Ministers Fellowship of Shreveport, the Independent Baptist Association, The National Baptist Convention of America, and The Southern Baptist Convention of America.

He has three beautiful children and is a proud grandfather of one.
